Stephane Piat

Stephane Piat is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the cardiovascular and medical device industries. Currently serving as CEO of Carmat since September 2016 and a member of the Board of Directors at TriFlo Cardiovascular Inc. since October 2017, Piat has a robust background in market development and management. From 2007 to September 2016, Piat held various leadership roles at Abbott, including Division Vice President for Global Market Development in Structural Heart. Previous positions with Johnson & Johnson included Business Unit Director for Cordis France and European Marketing Director for Cordis EMEA. Piat’s career began at BD, where roles included European Platform Leader in Anaesthesiology and Market Researcher.
