Lance Liden

VP, Business Development & Provider Relations at Trillium Family Services

Lance Liden joined Trillium Family Services in March of 2021. He is responsible for the business development, contracting, credentialing, and provider relations for the organization. He manages Trillium’s new business development initiatives, existing business expansions, development and renewals of public and commercial payer contracts, annual forecasting of revenues for budgetary purposes, credentialing of the medical and professional staff, and the development and maintenance of excellent relationships with consumers, providers, and payers. His role is to create new programs, extend reach to treat more clients, and negotiate rates with private and public payers.

Prior to joining Trillium, Lance had a successful 40 year career growing client value with IBM. He managed global teams, designed technical solutions for health care clients, and created key management systems to grow IBM’s business.

Lance also volunteers as a Mentor in the America’s Corporate Partners program, helping returning military veterans integrate into civilian life and achieve their post-military goals.
