Sophia Rosillo, MBA has a diverse and extensive work experience in the foodservice industry. Sophia currently holds the position of Director, Category Growth | Sales, Merchandising at TriMark South, where they combine regional supplier support with national company capabilities. Prior to this, Sophia worked as a Senior Category Manager at Brinker International, overseeing supply chain operations for Chili's and Maggiano's restaurants worldwide. Sophia also served as a Global Procurement & Supply Chain Manager at Bloomin' Brands, managing smallwares, packaging, and disposable categories, and as a Category Manager at Edward Don & Company, responsible for supplier partnerships and marketing programs. Sophia began their career in Field Marketing at Sun Microsystems, a company that was later acquired by Oracle. Sophia's work experience showcases their expertise in procurement, supply chain management, and category growth within the foodservice industry.

Sophia Rosillo, MBA obtained a BA in International Business with a minor in Spanish from DePaul University between 1997 and 2001. Later, between 2006 and 2008, they completed their MBA in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Colorado Technical University.
