Alison Bellair

Director, Project And Portfolio Management at TriMet

Alison Bellair, PMP, is an experienced project management professional with a diverse range of roles and responsibilities. Alison is currently the Director of Project and Portfolio Management at TriMet since November 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Manager of Strategic Planning and PMO at TriMet from September 2021 to October 2022.

Before joining TriMet, Alison worked at the Oregon Health Authority from 2014 to 2021. Alison held the position of IT Project Delivery Manager from March 2018 to August 2021, where they successfully managed a team and delivered a portfolio of large and complex IT projects. Alison also led efforts to improve project management practices and processes within the organization. Prior to that, they served as a Senior IT Project Manager from September 2014 to February 2018, where they managed various projects and oversaw vendor management and contracts.

Alison's career also includes roles at the London Probation Trust, the Department of Health/Ministry of Justice, Ministry of Justice, and ORC International. Alison served as an IT Consultant and Implementation Manager at the London Probation Trust, an IT Consultant for the Personality Disorder Pathway Project at the Department of Health/Ministry of Justice, an Operations Manager for the Offender Assessment System (OASys) at the Ministry of Justice, and a Business Applications Manager at the London Probation Trust.

Throughout their career, Alison has demonstrated strong leadership skills, a focus on delivering successful projects, and expertise in vendor management and contract negotiations.

Alison Bellair, PMP pursued their Bachelor of Arts (BA) and Bachelor of Laws (LLB) with honors at the University of Melbourne from 1991 to 1997. Alison obtained their Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in January 2018.
