Matthew Fouts

Matthew Fouts has over 30 years of work experience in the IT industry. Matthew started their career at Computer Tech link in 1989 as an RMA & Production Manager, where they managed PC production and repair facilities. In 1990, they founded Real Logic Computing, where they designed, built, and supported IT infrastructure for local businesses. At Real Logic Computing, they also performed computer upgrades and maintained support contracts. In 1995, they joined TriMet as a Desktop Support Tech II, supporting multiple locations and managing helpdesk tickets. Matthew then progressed to roles such as Desktop and Call Center Supervisor, Desktop Services Manager, and Technical Services Manager, where they managed desktop support, IT call centers, and technical support functions. Since 2017, they have been serving as the Director of Operations & Infrastructure at TriMet, leading the engineering, design, planning, installation, and upgrades of the enterprise-wide infrastructure.

Matthew Fouts obtained an Associate's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from OPI in the years of 1987 to 1989.
