After leaving the military, they joined Youngs Market Co. in 2000, where they held various positions including Division Manager, Key Account Manager, and Sales Representative until 2015. In 2015, they established their own business, M.B. Kelly Group, where they served as the Business Owner. Currently, they are working at Trinchero Family Estates since 2016 as the Sales Director Spirits-West/Regional Manager.
