Ryan Hollin's work experience includes various roles in supply chain management and operations.
Starting in 2006, they worked at Procter & Gamble, where they held several positions. As the Director of Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement, they played a key role in driving operational efficiency and implementing lean practices. Ryan also served as the Director of Manufacturing and Supply Network Operations, overseeing overall plant operations and leading the largest natural alcohol and related products plant in North America. In addition, they worked as an IWS Continuous Improvement Senior Manager, focusing on continuous improvement initiatives, and as the Chemical Plant Logistics & Operations Senior Manager, where they optimized the supply chain and improved customer service.
Prior to their time at Procter & Gamble, Ryan served in the US Army as a Captain and Cavalry Scout Platoon Leader. Ryan led an Armored Cavalry Platoon in Iraq, coordinating logistics for multiple deployments. Ryan was severely wounded in action and, after recovering, was medically retired from Walter Reed.
Recently, in 2022, Ryan joined Trinchero Family Estates as the Supply Chain Execution Leader, Senior Manager.
Throughout their career, Ryan has demonstrated expertise in supply chain optimization, operational excellence, logistics, and continuous improvement.
From 1999 to 2003, Ryan Hollin attended the United States Military Academy at West Point, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree. During their time there, their field of study focused on Business Management and Environmental Engineering.
