Ted Wells

Ted Wells has over 30 years of work experience in various environmental and safety roles. Ted began their career as an Environmental Engineer at Dames and Moore in 1990 and worked there until 1997. From 1997 to 2010, they served as the Manager of Environmental Safety at United Airlines. In 2010, they joined Pella Corporation as a Corporate Sr. Environmental Engineer and worked there until 2011. Ted then moved to Gates Corporation/Tomkins I&A and worked as the Manager of Environmental Projects from 2011 to 2014. Currently, they are employed at Trinchero Family Estates, where they have held two positions since 2014, starting as the Environmental Compliance Engineering Manager and currently serving as the Director of Environment Health Safety.

Ted Wells attended Washington University in St. Louis from 1986 to 1990, where they earned a degree in Engineering and Public Policy. Their field of study specifically focused on Engineering.
