Theodore Madias has a diverse work experience spanning across various industries and roles. In 2004, they began their career as the First Aid Meet Coordinator for Boy Scouts of America until 2007. From 2007 to 2007, they worked as a Summer Intern at Guide Dogs for the Blind. In 2010, they became the Camp Staff Manager at Boy Scouts of America, Marin Council. Theodore then served as the High School Varsity Volleyball Coach at San Marin High School, Novato Unified School District from 2009 to 2011.

In 2011, Theodore joined Cabernet Corporations as an Office Assistant and later transitioned to the role of Marketing Assistant & Office Manager at CABERNET CORPORATION from 2012 to 2014. Their responsibilities involved managing various office and warehouse tasks, as well as assisting the marketing department in developing compliant wine industry marketing.

From 2015 to 2020, they served as the Marketing and Public Relations Director at Novato Chamber of Commerce and Visitors Center. Their responsibilities included coordinating marketing and public relations efforts, developing branded materials, and managing multi-platform campaigns.

Currently, Theodore is working as an Email Marketing Specialist at Trinchero Family Estates since 2021. In this role, they are responsible for executing email marketing campaigns to engage customers and promote the company's products and services.
