Toni Golden has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Toni started their career at Visa where they held various roles, including Director of Commercial and Government Card Products, where they managed the design and implementation of product enhancements.
Toni then moved on to the Chalone Wine Group, where they served as the Sales Operations Manager, responsible for managing logistics, operations, and staff. During their time there, they successfully integrated the Sales and Operations departments into Diageo Chateau & Estates.
At Diageo Chateau & Estates, Toni held multiple positions, including Finance Manager for the Brand and Commercial West Region, where they provided finance support for over 30 brands and led the transition of commercial wine finance activities. Toni then became the Senior Finance Manager for FP&A and Overheads, where they were responsible for planning and managing a $145 million operational overhead cost base.
Toni later joined Treasury Wine Estates, where they served as the Finance Director. In this role, they designed and implemented the integration of the Diageo Chateau and Estates portfolio and successfully managed a pricing operations team responsible for pricing execution for over 80 brands.
Most recently, Toni has been working at Trinchero Family Estates as the Director of Commercial Operations.
Toni Golden has a diverse education history with a focus on business and political science. Toni holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Decision Information Systems and International Business from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business. Additionally, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Political Science and International Business from Santa Clara University. Toni has also studied Political Science and International Business at The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). In addition to their degrees, Toni has received a Wine Business Management Certificate from the Sonoma State University Wine Business Institute, showcasing their interest in the wine industry.
