Illia Kochyzhev

Illia Kochyzhev has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Illia started their career at TechnoPark Corp. in 2007, working as a Test Analyst before moving on to become a Project Manager. At TechnoPark Corp., they were responsible for scope estimation, planning, time management, scheduling, project costing, budget management, resource planning, resource management, procurement, risk analysis, dependencies, decision analysis, presentation, communication, negotiation, conflict resolution, and problem solving.

In 2009, Illia joined PFSoft as a Delivery Manager, where they provided customer support, collected system requirements, analyzed and specified requirements, and conducted planning for development and testing. Illia worked there until 2010.

From 2010 to 2014, Illia worked at SoftServe as a Project/Program Manager, overseeing project and program management responsibilities.

In 2014, Illia became the CEO of PFSoft Ventures, where they organized and coordinated work in the venture fund, analyzed potential investment opportunities, and managed projects and business analysis until 2015.

In 2015, Illia joined Cogniance as a Project Manager, responsible for managing projects until 2016.

From 2016 to 2017, Illia worked at Luxoft as a Senior Project Manager.

Currently, Illia holds the position of Technical Delivery Manager at Trinetix, starting in 2018. Illia was initially a Technical Delivery Manager before being promoted to Lead Technical Delivery Manager in 2021.

Illia Kochyzhev attended Dnipro University of Technology from 2003 to 2008, where they obtained a degree in Engineering with a specialization in Programming. In 2008, they also obtained a Solution Designer certification in IBM Rational Unified Process from IBM. Later, in 2011, they earned a SCRUM Master certification from Scrum Alliance.
