Theresa Martinez

Theresa Martinez, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Director HR Business Partner at Trinity Industries, Inc., since May 2021, where responsibilities include providing strategic HR guidance to senior leadership on talent management, organizational effectiveness, and employee engagement.
