Kelli Shields

Kelli Shields has extensive experience in human resources. Kelli began their career as an HR Generalist at Carlson Wagonlit Travel, where they managed HR functions for multiple call centers and on-site offices. Kelli then worked at CVS/Caremark as an HR Analyst and New Rx Supervisor, overseeing the start-up operations for a call center department and managing a team of customer service representatives and pharmacists. Kelli later became a Human Resources Manager at Total Logistic Control, where they handled the HR operations for a warehouse and resolved employee relations issues. Kelli then joined Think Finance as a Human Resources Specialist, managing recruitment strategies and the performance review process. Kelli's most recent role was at Trinity Metro, where they held the positions of Human Resources Manager, Director of Employee Relations & Recruitment, and VP of Human Resources.

Kelli Shields obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Texas A&M University, where they studied from 1985 to 1989. Following this, Kelli pursued an MBA in Human Resources at the University of Phoenix, although the specific dates are not provided.
