Fergal O'Byrne

Fergal O'Byrne has a diverse range of work experience. Fergal started in 2020 as a Leadership Academy participant at McKinsey & Company. In the same year, they worked as a Barista at Happy Out, Bull Island until 2022. In 2022, they held various intern positions, including Technology Spring Intern at Amazon, Spring Intern at Schroders, and attended the Google Algorithms Workshop. Fergal also worked as a Sports Trader at PointsBet until the end of 2022. In 2022, they joined J.P. Morgan as a Brand Ambassador and later as a Summer Analyst. Fergal also had roles at Trinity Student Managed Fund, where they worked as an Analyst in the Communications Sector and Financial Non-Banks Sector, as well as the Founder and Head of the Cryptocurrency & Digital Assets group. Currently, Fergal is the Head of Alternative Investments at Trinity Student Managed Fund.

Fergal O'Byrne completed their Leaving Certificate at Belvedere College S.J. in 2020. Fergal then pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Management Science and Information System Studies at Trinity College Dublin from 2020 to 2025. In 2019, they also obtained a Diploma in Performance, Piano from the University of West London. Additionally, Fergal attended the Conservatory of Music, Dublin from 2012 to 2024, focusing on piano performance. Fergal is currently enrolled at the University of Notre Dame, with no specified degree or field of study.
