Cailey Young

Cailey Young, MPA, currently serves as the Associate Director of Donor Relations at Trinity University, a position held since June 2023. Prior to this role, Cailey was a Graduate Assistant at the Don & Ellie Knauss Veteran Resource & Support Center at Texas A&M University from August 2022 to May 2023. Additional experience includes an internship focused on grant writing and fundraising at Our Terminal, as well as an internship with The Salvation Army, where Cailey generated press releases, social media content, and managed public relations efforts. Earlier experience at Texas Lutheran University Career Development Services involved front desk duties, managing career fairs, and creating newsletters, with successful adaptation to remote work during the COVID-19 pandemic. Cailey holds a Master of Public Administration in Nonprofit Management from Texas A&M University and a Bachelor of Arts in Social Innovation and Entrepreneurship from Texas Lutheran University.
