Carlton Hendrix

Carlton Hendrix is the Executive Director, Project Portfolio Management Office Center of Excellence (PPMO-COE). He is passionate about pursuing project lifecycle excellence to achieve Trinity’s strategic goals. Carlton comes to Trinity with over 20 years of project and program management experience in the public and private sectors most recently supporting project management and environmental operations at the Air Force Installation and Mission Support Center. No stranger to the classroom, Carlton also served on the Civil & Environmental Engineering faculty at the U.S. Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs, where, earlier in his career as a cadet, he was a First Team All-Conference Offensive Lineman and National Collegiate Athletic Association post-graduate scholarship recipient. Carlton is a licensed professional engineer in the States of Texas and Colorado and a certified Project Management Professional.
