Jingxiao Lu

Jingxiao Lu began their career in 2012 as a Summer Intern at BNP Paribas. In 2013, they were an Equity Option Junior Trader at PEAK6 Investments LP. From 2014 to 2018, they worked at Airbnb as a Data Scientist, where they built a host referral bonus optimization model to increase Listing Creation constraint on budget and a LTV model to power a smart bidding system for host growth paid channels. From 2018 to 2019, they were a Lead Data Science at Careem, where they led the development of the Rider-Driver Matching algorithm with different cost functions and the Hungarian Algorithm to minimize cost, and the Surge Pricing Algorithm that took into account of demand and supply level and movement. From 2019 to 2022, they were a Senior Data Manager and Lead Data Scientist at Wish. Currently, they are the Head of Data at Tripalink.

Jingxiao Lu attended the Massachusetts Institute of Technology from 2009 to 2013, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Math/Economics.
