Karen E. Jones has extensive legal experience that spans over three decades. Karen E.'smost recent position was as the Executive VP & General Counsel for Triple Oak Power starting in August 2021. Prior to that, they worked as Contracted Counsel to the Office of General Counsel for Avangrid Renewables from 2018 to 2021, where they supported the company's wind and solar project development. Before that role, they held the position of Consulting Counsel for SunPower Corporation from 2016 to 2017. Prior to that, they studied music at the University of Oklahoma in 1976-1977 but did not obtain a degree. Karen E. later pursued a JD degree in Law from the University of Houston Law Center from 1981 to 1984.
