Triple Point are growing their Business Development Team to assist the business is achieving its strategic goals.

This is a role to sit in an exciting, predominantly phone based team, working in conjunction with our regional representation to be responsible for developing relationships with new IFA’s, creating high levels of sales activity to existing relationships across to country and provide the highest level of customer service/client experience.

We are looking for a candidate with an exceptional approach to this role, who understands that the needs of clients (both internal and external) are central to Triple Point and key to the success of the business.

The candidate will be engaged in the business and will show this through building relationships, seeking to self-improve and taking an interest in the future direction of Triple Point.

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Making outbound telephone calls to build and maintain relationships with new and existing IFA’s
  • Provide point of contact for inbound IFA queries
  • Enhance and develop existing relationships to increase business levels
  • Assist with managing a regional area of clients for Triple
  • Provide an exceptional level of customer service
  • Help educate financial advisers and enable them to solve their clients’ needs
  • Design and implement sales and marketing campaigns
  • Develop skills to manage the whole sales cycle from first contact to closing the
  • Efficiently manage your work load in a fast paced environment
  • Monitoring and Maintain the contact inbox from clients
  • Generating activity and booking meetings for relevant Field based Business Development Managers
  • Create and deliver client specific illustrations
  • Represent Triple Point at industry conferences/seminars, as requested
  • Chase prospective deals through to application stage and deal with any queries that may arise
  • Provide indicative terms, as required, over the phone and via e-mail to our IFA’s
  • Develop Sales skills so that over time you are able to own and manage IFA relationships, hosting meetings on a 1:1 basis
  • Resolve client queries, monitoring the resolution process to keep the client updated to manage expectations
  • Proactively seek ways to improve business processes across all areas to enable BDMs and the internal team to be more efficient
  • Update client information on our CRM system (Salesforce), ensuring that information is accurate for reporting
  • Be an important part of the business development team in driving Triple Point

Knowledge and Experience

  • Ability to provide an exceptional level of customer service
  • Experience of working in a sales function, ideally with IFA’s
  • Ability to pick up information and new concepts quickly, and be able to disseminate that to others.
  • Exceptional phone manner and communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Experience of using Salesforce would be an advantage
  • High quality interpersonal skills
  • Excellent English grammar to provide high quality well-written emails
  • Strong relevant IT knowledge (particularly Microsoft Office)
  • Hold or working towards industry specific exams would be an advantage but is not mandatory
