Patrick McCartney began their work experience in 2006 at Sodexo Australia. Patrick held various roles including Manager of the Northern Region in Education, Health, and Seniors from September 2006 to October 2007, followed by a position as Human Resources Manager for the Northern Region from September 2007 to December 2008. Patrick then served as the State Manager for NSW from December 2008 to December 2011.
