Glen Bethel

Glen Bethel serves as the Chief Technology Officer at Tritium® since January 2022, where Glen also holds roles as Vice President of Global Engineering Operations and Vice President of Continuous Improvement. Prior experience includes significant positions at Boeing from November 2015 to January 2022, where Glen was involved in research and development and project management for autonomous systems. Glen's earlier tenure includes work with the Australian Army, focusing on systems engineering and simulation, and with the Land Warfare Development Centre and Australian Defence Force in various management and technical roles. Glen holds a Master's degree in Engineering (Systems Engineering) from RMIT University and additional master's degrees in Business and Strategy & Management from the University of New South Wales (ADFA), along with specialized training in Software Intensive Systems Acquisition Management.
