Carlos Jimenez is an experienced culinary professional currently serving as the Owner of Pelon's Food Truck & Catering since January 2021. Prior experience includes roles such as Executive Sous Chef at Wickenburg Ranch, where responsibilities encompassed training, menu and recipe development, inventory management, and banquet catering. As Sous Chef at Iron Oaks Golf Club and Cottonwood Country Club, Carlos excelled in food quality, sanitation, and kitchen operations, contributing to Cottonwood's recognition as Arizona Taco Festival Grand Champions in 2013 and 2014. Additional experience includes positions as a butcher at Distrito Mexican Cuisine and Olive and Ivy, as well as various kitchen roles at Sand Bar Mexican Grill, California Pizza Kitchen, and Sautte, showcasing a strong background in high-volume food service and competition festivals. Carlos completed education at Escuela secundaria tecnica #2 in Mexico from 1996 to 1999.
