Alia Zaharudin

Alia Zaharudin is the Head of Data at TROOPERS, where she is responsible for collating financials, App users, and project outcomes to ensure alignment with company KPIs. She optimizes intra-departmental and interdepartmental communications and centralizes key data points. Alia was most recently involved in the management and process flow for major vaccination centers under the Selangor government. As a Data Analytics Manager, she is responsible for client data cleansing and management with a client base worth over RM1,000,000 in revenue. Alia successfully created dashboards for work performance tracking and set up payment structures to streamline processes. As a Process Simulations and Optimization Intern at PETRONAS, she developed a mathematical model using regression analysis on ethylene glycol plant data, improving predictive accuracy to 90%. At The Linde Group, Alia identified key exposure points of BOC's Safety Management plan and proposed improvements to the LNG supply chain infrastructure. Alia holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering from the University of Sydney and completed high school at Al-Hussan International School.
