Nathan B. has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Nathan started their career as a Human Resource Manager and Executive Coordinator at The Rainier Club in 2006. Nathan then worked as a Lead Spa & Retail Advisor at Westgate Resorts in 2008. In 2009, they joined Orca Bay Capital as an Operations and Project Manager/IT Manager. Nathan then worked at Amazon as a Catalog Specialist for Amazon Instant Video from 2013 to 2014.

From 2014 to 2015, Nathan was an Operations Manager at Pivotal Corporation, where they managed various business needs of a small wearable tech company. Nathan then joined Simply Measured, a Sprout Social company, as a Product Support Specialist in 2015 and later became a Customer Success Manager, focusing on renewals and retention. Nathan also worked as a Strategic Account Executive, responsible for sales and upgrades of existing clients.

In 2017, Nathan transitioned to Sprout Social, Inc., where they held multiple roles. Nathan started as a Customer Development Account Executive and later became a Customer Development Manager and Senior Customer Development Manager. Nathan then served as an Enterprise Growth Account Executive, managing growth and expansion projects for enterprise-level accounts. During their time at Outreach from 2021 to 2022, Nathan worked as a Growth Account Executive, responsible for expanding and managing customer relationships.

Currently, Nathan is working as an Account Manager at Tropic, starting in 2022.

Nathan B. attended Bellarmine Preparatory School from 1998 to 2002, where they completed a college/university preparatory and advanced high school/secondary diploma program, earning a High School Diploma. Following their high school education, they enrolled at Gonzaga University from 2002 to 2006. At Gonzaga University, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration.
