Neal Gerdeman

Neal Gerdeman currently serves as Director of Engineering at Tropicana Brands Group since January 2022. Prior to this role, Neal held the position of Engineering Director at PepsiCo from March 2007 to January 2022, where responsibilities included directing a team to execute capital improvement projects and managing significant projects such as the re-design of the KeVita processing facility. Neal began at PepsiCo as a Process Engineer, providing engineering and project management support across multiple facilities. Earlier experience includes serving as a Process Engineer at Enerfab from January 2003 to March 2007, focusing on major capital project expansions for clients including Anheuser-Busch and Tropicana. Neal holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from The Ohio State University, attained in December 2002.
