Nicholas Gallo

Nicholas Gallo is a seasoned technology lawyer with a focus on the strategic management of intellectual property assets, serving clients from startups to multinational corporations. Currently employed as Counsel and Registered Patent Attorney at Troutman Pepper since February 2019, Nicholas specializes in building and managing patent portfolios across various technology sectors, including software, network traffic management, mobile devices, operating systems, network security, cloud storage solutions, medical software, artificial intelligence, and financial technology. Prior experience includes serving as a Partner at LeClairRyan and as an Associate at Hiscock & Barclay, LLP, following a summer associate role at the same firm and a patent legal staff internship at Eastman Kodak. Nicholas holds a Juris Doctor, Cum Laude, in Intellectual Property from UNH Franklin Pierce School of Law and a Bachelor of Science, Cum Laude, in Computer Science and Engineering from Bucknell University.
