Saroj Tharisayi

Saroj Tharisayi has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. They started their career as an AmeriCorps VISTA Volunteer at Centro Nueva Creacion in 2004. They then worked as a Consultant at Perficient from 2005 to 2007. In 2007, they joined PTC as a Business Analyst. From 2011 to 2013, they worked at Linklaters as a US Associate. Saroj then moved to Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP as an Associate from March 2013 to September 2013. They rejoined Linklaters as a US Associate from September 2011 to February 2013. In 2016, Saroj joined Babst Calland as an Associate and worked there until August 2018. They then joined Cisco Meraki and served as a Corporate Counsel from September 2018 to November 2020, and later as a Senior Corporate Counsel from November 2020 to April 2022. Currently, Saroj is working at Pave as the Lead Counsel since April 2022, and is expected to assume the role of Head of Legal from April 2023 onwards.

Saroj Tharisayi holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree from Cornell Law School. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) in Computer Science and International Relations from Carnegie Mellon University. Saroj also possesses a certification in Certified Information Privacy Professional - Europe (CIPP/E) from the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP).
