Rowe Price since July 2021, Rob previously held significant HR leadership roles at Reyes Holdings, Discover Financial Services, United Airlines, and Capital One. Key areas of expertise include corporate compensation and benefits strategy, talent acquisition, performance management, and aligning human capital strategies with business objectives. Rob holds an MBA from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business and a BS in Human Communication and English from James Madison University.
