Roger A. Elmer has extensive work experience in various industries. Roger A. started their career at OSRAM, where they worked as a Program Manager from 1990 to 1999. Roger A. then joined Werner Co. as Director of Engineering from 1999 to 2002. After that, they worked for Truck-Lite Co., LLC in multiple roles, starting as Director of Operations from 1999 to 2002, then Director of Plastic Technology and Development, and later as Director of Research and Technology. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Research Engineering at Clarience Technologies. In this role, they lead a research and development group focused on technology innovations for Clarience Technology brands.
