Mark Miley

Mark Miley has a diverse work experience spanning over 25 years. Mark is currently the Vice President of IT Operations at Truckstop since August 2023. Prior to that, they held the position of Senior Director in DevOps, Cloud Operations, and Data Services at Truckstop from April 2020 to August 2023.

From December 2016 to February 2020, Mark worked at Grant Thornton International Ltd as the Director of Global IT Operations and Services. Mark was responsible for overseeing the delivery of IT services and managing resources and budgets. Mark also served as a Global Program Manager, where they played a critical role in saving a $75M software development program and contributed to digital and workforce transformation.

Mark also worked at Grant Thornton LLP as the Director of Solution Delivery from February 2013 to January 2015. In this role, they directed a project portfolio and managed a team of internal and contract resources.

Earlier in their career, Mark held leadership positions at Kaplan and Career Education Corporation. Mark has also served in the US Navy Reserve as a Petty Officer Third Class.

Mark Miley attended Illinois State University from 1987 to 1991, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree. In terms of additional certifications, Mark obtained the Certified ScrumMaster certification from the Scrum Alliance in December 2010 and the Amazon Web Services Cloud Practitioner certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in April 2020. Mark also completed the Kaplan Leadership Academy, although the specific month and year of completion are not provided.
