Anindita Dhar

Anindita Dhar has extensive experience in human resources and project management. Anindita most recently worked as an Assistant General Manager Human Resources at Balancehero India, where they designed and implemented an organization pulse survey, collaborated with the business to improve employee engagement, and created future action plans. Prior to that, they were a Human Resources Operations Manager at Lybrate, where they managed the People Operations team, partnered with talent acquisition for talent acquisition and deployment, and implemented necessary policies. Anindita also worked as a Senior HR Analyst at ION, where they supported employee life cycle activities, created reports for stakeholders, and interacted with global stakeholders. Anindita began their career as an HR Generalist at MPS Group of Companies, where they coordinated IT projects, handled end-to-end recruitment for the IT team, and managed all HR functions for the team. Additionally, Anindita has experience as a Project Engineer at Wipro Limited, where they analyzed software development, communicated with clients about project updates, and troubleshooted problematic programming.

Anindita Dhar completed their Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) degree in Engineering from Meghnad saha Institute of Technology, attending from 2004 to 2007. Anindita then pursued their Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) with a specialization in Human Resources from Birla Institute of Management Technology, studying from 2010 to 2012.
