Erin Earle Ed.d

Certified Facilitator at True Colors International

Erin Earle, Ed.D, serves as the Director of Undergraduate Enrollment, New Student Transition, and Visitor Services at the University of Rhode Island, a position held since September 2004. Earle has a diverse range of roles within the university, including Conduct Advisor, part-time lecturer in the Honors Program and College Student Personnel, and Chair of the President’s LGBTQ Commission. Additionally, Earle is a Certified Facilitator at True Colors International and co-leads the Women in Admission Special Interest Group for the National Association for College Admission Counseling. As a co-founder of the Women Council for Admission Professionals and past president of the New England Association for College Admission Counseling, Earle has contributed significantly to diversity and advocacy efforts within higher education. Earle holds an Ed.D in Higher Education Administration from Johnson and Wales University and has degrees from the University of Rhode Island in Human Development and Family Studies, Leadership Studies, and Public Relations.
