Max Bartolomeo has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, holding various management positions across multiple establishments. Currently serving as General Manager at True Food Kitchen since August 2021, Max previously spent nearly eight years at Bonefish Grill, where responsibilities included Senior Manager and Managing Partner roles.
