Max Bartolomeo

Max Bartolomeo has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, holding various management positions across multiple establishments. Currently serving as General Manager at True Food Kitchen since August 2021, Max previously spent nearly eight years at Bonefish Grill, where responsibilities included Senior Manager and Managing Partner roles. Max also owned and operated Up on the Key, a beach bar restaurant on Pinel Island, and served as General Manager at Sezz Medi Ristorante in the Columbia University area.
