Kelly Megel

Kelly Megel has a strong background in marketing, with their most recent position being Senior Vice President and Head of Marketing at True Value Company since August 2022. Kelly previously held the role of Vice President of Marketing/Brand, Media, & The Brand Creative Group at Discover Financial Services from May 2013 to August 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Energy BBDO as a VP, Global Account Director from June 2010 to May 2013. Kelly also gained experience at Draftfcb New York, where they served as an Account Director from May 2009 to June 2010 and as an Account Supervisor from July 2007 to May 2009. Kelly started their career in advertising as an International AE & AAE at Draftfcb New York from January 2005 to July 2007. In 2023, Kelly became a Marketing Fellow at The Marketing Academy, a non-profit organization that develops leadership capability in talented marketers.

Kelly Megel completed an Executive MBA degree at Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management from 2021 to 2023. Prior to that, they obtained a BA degree from Michigan State University, with majors in Advertising and Telecommunications and minors in Business and Liberal Arts. Additionally, Kelly pursued Summer Studies in Screenwriting and Film Production at Northwestern University and International Advertising/Studies at The American University in Rome.
