Matthew Agema

Matthew Agema has a diverse work experience in finance and accounting. Matthew is currently serving as the Vice President and Controller at True Value Company since November 2021. Prior to this, they worked as the Corporate Controller at Navistar Defense from 2017 to February 2022. Before that, they held multiple roles at Navistar Inc, including Senior Manager of Technical Accounting and Senior Financial Consultant.

Matthew Agema also has experience in the defense industry, having worked as an Accounting Manager and Senior Accountant at Navistar Defense from 2009 to 2014. Matthew began their career at Ernst & Young as a Senior Associate and later worked as a Senior Audit Consultant at Ace Hardware Corporation.

Matthew has a strong educational background and holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting.

Matthew Agema obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Northern Illinois University in 2001. Matthew then pursued further education at the same institution and completed a Master of Accounting Science degree in Accounting in 2002. In 2005, Matthew Agema obtained certification as a Certified Public Accountant from the State of Illinois.
