Jayce Meche

Jayce Meche has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Jayce started their career in 2005 as a Sergeant in the United States Marine Corps, serving until 2010. Following their military service, they joined Firestone Polymers as a Safety Technician, providing technical guidance and overseeing emergency response teams.

In 2014, Jayce moved on to USA Safety & Training, where they served as the Chief Operations Officer until 2017. Jayce then transitioned to Gritter Francona, working as a Senior Consultant, providing counsel on federal policy and regulatory compliance. Jayce later became the Director of Sales, leading the integrated security division startup in the Federal market and successfully executing numerous contracts.

In 2017, Jayce also founded Avert Consulting Group (ACG) and assumed the role of President. Additionally, they joined Metropolitan Washington Federal Safety & Health Council in 2019 and served as an Executive Board Member, specifically focusing on public relations.

Most recently, Jayce joined True Zero Technologies, LLC in 2018. Jayce initially served as a Consultant, providing expertise in sales and account management. Jayce then transitioned to the role of Enterprise Account Executive, where they demonstrated their sales capabilities. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Sales.

In 2007 to 2008, they pursued a course on Terrorism as a Strategy at Central Texas College.
