Jason Warren is the current CE Unit Manager at TrueAccord. Prior to this, they were with ULPS for six years, August 2013 to October 2019, where they were Agency Relationship Manager. In this role, Jason was responsible for assisting in developing sound, acceptable credit policies; analyzing delinquent accounts and preparing reports on the highest risk accounts including recommendations for resolution; interacting with customers to obtain additional credit information to support credit lines; reconciling transactions and balances to maintain accurate accounts; initiating credits and adjustments to customer accounts within company policy limits; checking for credit viability on requests for extended terms, and evaluating various adjustments or exception documents; submitting requests to senior management and supporting documentation for accounts requiring credit lines; researching and making decisions on finance charges; maintaining bad debt and bad debt recovery records; monitoring receivables and collections and providing updates of receivables and providing appropriate reporting procedures; identifying problem accounts and providing regular updates of receivables to management; negotiating payment programs with delinquent customers; identifying accounts requiring collection agency or legal action and coordinating collections with third party contractors; monitoring violations of credit policies, providing analysis, conclusion and recommendations; developing processes and procedures for evaluating customer financials; providing coaching both formal and informal by “MBWA”, side by side, remote, and recorded monitoring; building, loading and maintaining dialer campaigns via LiveVox dialer; and assisting with screening, hiring and training all new collection employees.

Jason Warren has an Associate of Arts in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Metropolitan Community College-Business & Technology. Jason also has a certification from The Call Center School in Call Center Supervisor Essentials.
