Tara Hey

Tara Hey is a Sr. Compliance Auditor at TrueAccord. Tara has over 16 years of experience in compliance and risk management. Tara started their career at Citi in January 2004 as a Compliance Product Officer. In this role, they were responsible for monitoring and reporting of Collections Operations’ performance in key regulatory risk areas to ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines, internal policy, and controls. Tara was promoted to Vice President in March 2020. In this role, they continued to monitor risks and provide monitoring results to senior management and key stakeholders.
