Katie Neill

Katie Neill is the Assoc. General Counsel at TrueAccord. Katie has over three years of experience in the credit and collections industry, most recently serving as the General Counsel & Regulatory Editor at insideARM. In this role, Katie was responsible for providing the "big picture" for the industry by translating legal and regulatory changes into plain English. Katie also advocated on behalf of the industry on current issues with regulators, such as the CFPB, FTC, FCC, and state-equivalents.

Katie is the architect behind insideARM's Case Law Tracker—a unique tool that simplifies legal research for in-house and outside counsel. Katie is also a member of CRC's Steering Committee and the Chair of CRC's Legal Advisory Board.

Katie Neill has a Bachelor of Music from UC Irvine, and a J.D. from Thomas Jefferson School of Law. Katie also has certification from the Supreme Court of the U.S. in Admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of the United States, and from the State Bar of California in Licensed Attorney (California). Katie is also certified from the North Carolina State Bar in Licensed Attorney (North Carolina), and from ACA International, the Association of Credit and Collection Professionals in Credit and Collection Compliance Officer (CCCO).
