Peter Abdalla

Peter Abdalla is a Lead Software Engineer at Truebase, a position they have held since 2023. Previously, they were a Technical Lead and Senior Back End Developer at Talaat Moustafa Group from 2022-2021. During this time, they led a team of five developers to build the back end of a new solution that serves communities' residents using Node. js, Nest. js, TypeScript, Fastify, MongoDB, and Redis. From 2021-2020, they were a Senior Full Stack Developer for Self Employed, leading a small team of freelance developers and designers to deliver tailored solutions. Peter was also a Senior Full Stack Developer for IBNGold from 2022-2021, leading a small team of developers and designers to create a luxurious e-commerce website that sells gold bars, coins, and jewelry in UAE. From 2021-2020, they were a Back End Developer for Qualiteq, working within a small team of developers to deliver a new version of a cross-platform mobile application. From 2019-2018, they were a Back End Developer for Eden Company for Technology Solutions and Lirten Solutions, developing REST APIs and backend systems respectively. Finally, they were a Teaching Assistant at The German University in Cairo from 2018, teaching CSEN 102-Introduction to Computer Science course using Python.

Peter Abdalla obtained a B.Sc. in Computer Science and Engineering from The German University in Cairo.
