Jim Buchmiller, PhD, currently serves as the Director of IT Services at TrueBlue Inc., where responsibilities include overseeing a multi-national service desk and managing high-performance teams across various leadership levels. Previous roles encompass management positions at Academy Mortgage Corporation, Teleperformance USA, and Hewlett Packard Enterprise, with a focus on network engineering, telecom support, and project management. Significant achievements include migrating the MyLoanCenter customer portal to AWS and achieving 99.9% customer network availability in previous roles. Jim Buchmiller holds a Ph.D. in Physics from the University of Berkeley, earned between 1995 and 1999.
