McKinley Harris

McKinley Harris currently serves as Vice President of Marketing at TrueNorth, a leader in financial technology services, since August 2021. Previously, McKinley held various marketing roles at Mercy from April 2019 to August 2021, including Director of Marketing and Senior Marketing Manager, focusing on regional and local strategies for business growth and customer retention. McKinley also worked as a Marketing Specialist at TAMKO from April 2016 to March 2019, where rebranding initiatives were executed. Earlier in a career at BMO Financial Group and MC Sports, McKinley advanced through customer experience and loyalty management roles. McKinley holds an MBA in Innovation & Entrepreneurship from the University of Arkansas and dual BBA degrees in Management and Marketing from Pittsburg State University.
