Richard Hada Degaki

Richard Hada Degaki began their career in 2018 as a Data Scientist. In 2019, they joined Linx as a Full-Stack Developer, where they worked on an image search project using Convolutional Neural Networks, refactoring of a Search Ranking Project using behavior data and Linear Models, and AB tests quantitative analysis of the company's in-house search engine. In 2020, they joined Jusbrasil as a Software Development Engineer, where they worked on maintenance of courthouse crawlers, a log analysis system, and a secrets management system, as well as an MLops pipeline for continuous training and evaluation of company's document classification models. Currently, they are a Software Engineer at Tino, where they are working on the development of an in-house credit engine and a company ledger system, recording the transactions carried out and cash flows.

Richard Hada Degaki obtained a Bacharelado in Ciência da Computação from Universidade Federal do Amazonas between 2017 and 2021. Richard has also obtained several certifications from Coursera, including Google Cloud Big Data and Machine Learning Fundamentals (2021), Programa de cursos integrados: DeepLearning.AI TensorFlow Developer (2020), Convolutional Neural Networks in TensorFlow (2020), Natural Language Processing in TensorFlow (2020), Introduction to TensorFlow for Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Deep Learning (2020), Guided Tour of Machine Learning in Finance (2020), How to Win a Data Science Competition: Learn from Top Kagglers (2019), and Introduction to Deep Learning (2019).
