Fabiane Meireles

Fabiane Meireles has extensive work experience in various human resources roles. Fabiane is currently working as the CPO - Chief People Officer at Truewind since February 2019. Before this, they served as the Head of Talent Management at Vigil365 from May 2018 to February 2019. At INNITI, from May 2016 to July 2017, they worked as an HR Project Manager, focusing on performance management, compensation, organizational development, change management, and employment value proposition. Prior to that, they served as the HR Director at Arezzo&Co from August 2014 to May 2016 and as the HR Director at GPA - Grupo Pão de Açúcar from October 2009 to July 2014, where they managed a team of 240 people and led HR functions, training, and operational excellence. Meireles also has experience as an HR Coordinator at TOTVS from April 2008 to October 2009 and as an HR Consultant at Accenture Brasil from July 2005 to March 2008. Fabiane started their career as a Key Account Manager at XnX from January 2004 to July 2005 and as an HR Analyst at Itaú Unibanco from June 2002 to January 2004.

Fabiane Meireles completed their undergraduate studies in Psychology at Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie from 1998 to 2002.
