Isa Riso Lopes

Isa Riso Lopes has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. They started their career in 2006 as a Sales Assistant at Grupo VNC - Cofemel, Sociedade de Vestuário SA and held this position until 2014. In 2014, they worked as a TTAE - Técnica de Assistência em Escala at Portway - Handling de Portugal S.A.

In 2015, Isa joined FCA Motor Village Portugal as a Welcome Assistant & Telemarketing and worked there until September 2015. Later that year, they joined Habber Tec as an Account Manager and held this role until November 2018. During their time at Habber Tec, they also worked as a Functional Analyst from November 2018 to June 2019.

In 2019, Isa transitioned to Softinsa where they held multiple roles. They started as a Delivery & PreSales Consultant in June 2019 and worked in this position until November 2021. From November 2021 to April 2022, they took on the role of General Business & Project Management.

Most recently, in May 2022, Isa joined Truewind as a Customer Manager.

Isa Riso Lopes studied Bioengenharia e Engenharia Biomédica at the Setúbal School of Technology Polytechnic Institute of Setúbal. During the year 2014, they also pursued a TTAE - Técnica de Assistência em Escala degree at Portway - Handling de Portugal S.A. In addition to their formal education, Isa has obtained several certifications from different institutions, including LinkedIn and Udemy. Some of these certifications include Artificial Intelligence for Project Managers, Business Analysis Foundations, Design Thinking: Implementing the Process, and Business Analytics: Data Reduction Techniques Using Excel and R.
