Jen Collins

Jen Collins currently serves as a Contact Center Data and Insights Analyst at Truliant Federal Credit Union since April 2023 and has been the Membership Coordinator for the American Recorder Society since June 2021. Previous experience includes a role as a Data Analyst and Senior Rater at TELUS International, where contributions enhanced AI and machine learning products through data analysis. Jen also owned and operated Sew Serene Handmade Creations, achieving significant sales and revenue growth through effective marketing strategies. Additionally, Jen worked as a Data Analyst and Intake Specialist at Hope Haven Inc., facilitating client services and maximizing agency funding through data compilation and analysis. Jen holds a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
