Andrew Mckella

Andrew McKella has extensive work experience in the field of DevOps engineering and technical implementation. Andrew started their career in 2004 as an IT Manager at Voltrex Brokerage Ltd, where they implemented industry-standard infrastructure and improved technical systems. Andrew then worked in various roles at companies such as Bear Stearns and BNP Paribas, gaining experience in trading system support, Unix applications, and market data analysis.

In 2008, Andrew joined the Royal Bank of Scotland as an Equities Trading Support specialist. Andrew provided technical assistance to the trading floor and managed trading applications and infrastructure. Andrew also worked on latency monitoring and performance improvement strategies.
