Kristie Hunziker, SHRM-SCP has extensive work experience in various roles related to people operations, talent management, and recruitment. Kristie is currently the VP of People Operations at TrustCloud. Prior to this, they worked at Cloud Elements as the Senior Director of People Operations, where they joined as a contract recruiter and eventually grew into a leadership role. Kristie has expertise in areas such as talent management, team leadership, strategic recruitment, organizational development, performance management, leadership development, and employee engagement.

Before joining Cloud Elements, Kristie worked as a Principal at Compel Consulting, LLC. Kristie also had experience as a Technical Recruiter at Spectra Logic, where they led the engineering recruiting efforts and collaborated with engineering department leaders to prioritize hiring plans.

Kristie started their career as a Technical Recruiting Specialist at Protiro, Inc, where they executed effective sourcing strategies for clients in the high tech market segment. Kristie also served as a liaison between clients and prospective candidates to ensure a smooth hiring process.

Prior to their career in people operations and recruitment, Kristie worked at Dot Hill Systems and Chaparral Network Storage in engineering roles, where they gained experience in test engineering and software vendor management.

Kristie Hunziker, SHRM-SCP completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing from Colorado State University. Kristie attended the university from 1997 to 1999, obtaining their degree within that timeframe.
