Katherine Licup is an accomplished legal and compliance professional with extensive experience in privacy and risk management. Currently serving as Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer at Trustmark since April 2022, Katherine previously held the role of Chief Privacy and Information Risk Officer and Senior Counsel at Archer Daniels Midland Company from September 2019 to April 2022. Katherine's prior roles at Discover Financial Services included Vice President for Enterprise Privacy and Fair Banking, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing compliance with key privacy regulations and advocating for consumer rights. Earlier in their career, Katherine gained valuable experience as an attorney at Foley & Lardner LLP and served as a Public Affairs Officer in the U.S. Navy. Katherine holds a Juris Doctor degree from Loyola University Chicago and a Bachelor of Science in Journalism from Northwestern University.
