• Take full ownership of the ChatAI product, defining the product vision and strategy.

• Hands-on Coding Skills: Proven ability to code and build software applications. Experience in full-stack development, including front-end and back-end technologies.
• Professional and Pragmatic Mindset: Focus on delivering high-quality solutions efficiently. Ability to balance innovative thinking with practical implementation.
• Leadership Skills: Experience leading and building high-performing technical teams. Ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive projects from concept to completion.
• Deep Technical Expertise: Proficient in operations (Ops) with a strong understanding of deployment, scaling, and maintenance of applications. In-depth knowledge of AI technologies, machine learning models, and natural language processing (NLP). Hands-on experience with LangChain or similar frameworks for building language model applications.
• Innovation Mindset: Passion for exploring new technologies and pushing the boundaries of what's possible. Creative problem-solving skills to develop innovative solutions.
• Product Leadership: Experience leading product development from prototype to market-ready product. Ability to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Agile Methodologies: Familiarity with agile development practices (Scrum, Kanban) and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Collaborative Skills: Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to work effectively with developers, designers, and stakeholders.
